SELF LOVE

In this workshop the participants will learn how meditate and how to develop self-love and love towards others through different meditation practices that I have refined over 10 years of experimenting with mindfulness.

It starts with an overview of the workshop, then check in, clariyfying expectations and experiences with meditation. Then there will be a written exercise about identifying objects for love and compassion. Then they will learn how to meditate on the breath, then walking meditation, then self loving kindness, then loving kindness towards others. We end the workshop with sharing experiences and q&a.

INTRODUCTION TO TANTRA AND TANTRIC TOOLKIT

Get ready for your first (or next) Tantric relationship!

This workshop will give you a condensed introduction to Tantra before providing insider tips, tricks and techniques for turning Tantra workshop realisations into working Tantric relationships.

We will then put these skills and models into practice with rotating partners: we will walk “the Talk” that creates clear, safe and sexy containers, transform rejection into a source of rejoicing and address your specific needs and desires in a nice, long Q&A.

SETTING BOUNDARIES VS EMBRACING MY DESIRES

All too often, our desires and boundaries buckle before they are ever expressed. Sometimes we can’t even feel them. Instead, we are swept into interactions that we realise only later that we didn’t want.

In this workshop, we will learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and communicate our yeses and noes with clarity and strength. We will then identify the four main patterns to which we surrender our sovereignty, and forge a strong sense memory of standing in your power against each of them.

HEALING THE WOUNDS LEFT BY MY PARENTS

Do you know that unresolved issues from your relationship with your parents affects your confidence, relationships, projects or sense of self-worth?

Even if you believe there’s nothing to heal in that area, why not give yourself the chance to explore it and overcome it?

It’s time to heal and break free from the emotional patterns that have been weighing you down.

BEING HELD

Is about training the nervous system to let go and to feel safe in close relation with others, but also to be able to let down the guard and be open to experience self love and self compassion, through the love and compassion of others.
The workshop will be inspired from exercises from the cuddle space and tantra community.

Firstly there will be an opening circle with check in and sharing of expectations, hand holding in circle to create connection and union, and different exercises from tantra to ensure that participants feel safe and in control (boundary exercise), connected and safe with others (connection exercise with physical touch, in the form of energetic exploration through hand to hand connection). From there we will have exercises that creates trust in being close with others, then an exercise in expressing what you “fear” and what you “love”, and finally the finale with being held in the “sacred cradle” where participants are rotating in sitting and being held in someone elses arms with music that facilitates compassion and vulnerability. Lastly we close the workshop with check-out and closing circle.

 

SACRED ME, SACRED WE

Traditional three-stage Tibetan Karmamudra meditation for solos and couples, designed to help you experience the Divine in yourself and in others.

The first stage is entirely within yourself. You will learn to identify, activate and move between your energetic poles (Shiva/Shakti), and fire up your cauldron of alchemy.

The second stage is solo or with a partner: a co-created date with Divinity. Step by step, we flow from gentle glances into exchange and touch.

The third stage is solo again. We will integrate energy accumulated by spreading it through our bodies and chakras, increasing our capacity for joy, love and health and spiritual awakening.

BACHATA BEGINNER LEVEL 0

It’s the perfect introduction for those who want to try something new, stepping out of your comfort zone and learning the basic steps of Bachata, allowing yourself to experience the joy of learning something fresh and exciting in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

ACROYOGA

We will have a room exclusively for AcroYoga throughout the entire festival.

  • BEGGINNERS: Whether you’ve never tried AcroYoga before or have only practiced a couple of times,
    we will guide you through the Foundations of AcroYoga. Designed for beginners, this workshop focuses on essential techniques such as lifts, balances, and transitions, helping you build a strong foundation for your AcroYoga practice.
  • INTERMEDIATE: If you’re already comfortable with the basics of AcroYoga and ready to take your practice to the next level, we will challenge you with more advanced techniques, including intricate lifts, dynamic balances, and smooth transitions, while refining your skills and improving your technique.
  • ADVANCED: Our expert instructors who will address high-level acrobatics, perfect for people with experience and for instructors who want to take their practice to the next level.
